About the role
- As a Maintenance Mechanic 3 at Behr, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing complex equipment and systems across our manufacturing or distribution operations.
- With advanced troubleshooting skills, you will diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues.
- Your daily responsibilities will include performing both reactive repairs and proactive preventative maintenance, fabricating and modifying components, and supporting our team members.

- Maintain accurate records, promote safety, and contribute to a clean, organized work environment.
