Implementation Specialists are responsible for accurate and on-time deployment of Kalepa's platform for new clients, ensuring that we are efficiently and effectively onboarding our clients.

Drive initial client setup and configuration, delivering high-value outcomes aligned with client expectations and transitioning seamlessly to a best-practice operating model
Collaborate with Client Success and Product teams to keep projects on track and on time
Manage multiple simultaneous implementations by prioritizing effectively and context-switching with ease
Own client-facing implementation documentation, including guides, specs, and training materials
They support the Client Success team to ensure we are hitting project deadlines in an accurate and professional manner.
He / she is expected to display a strong sense of self-reliance as well as the ability to collaborate with other Kalepa resources within our Client Success and Product Organization.

2-3 years of experience supporting or deploying highly configurable software platforms
He / she also must develop a strong understanding of Kalepa's platform, and possess the technical skills to take a hands-on approach to configuration and deployment.
Technical proficiency: comfortable with complex enterprise technology platforms, and proficient in SQL / Excel data analysis, validation, and transformation
Candidates must have superior organizational and time-management skills
The ideal candidate must be independent, adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment

The salary range listed is an estimate and will vary based on a variety of factors.
