About the role

  • You will play a key role in shaping scalable, resilient systems used daily by healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

  • Full-Stack Application Development Design and develop user-facing applications using React and modern front-end tooling.
  • Build and maintain backend services using Python, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
  • Workflow Orchestration & Backend Systems Design and implement durable, fault-tolerant workflows using Temporal.io.
  • Optimize backend services for performance and cost efficiency.
  • Partner with clinical and operations stakeholders to translate real-world workflows into robust technical solutions.
  • Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure supporting cloud-based deployments.
  • The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the stack-from React-based user interfaces to Python backend services-and has experience building reliable, long-running workflows using tools like Temporal.io.

Requirements

  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs (or GraphQL).
  • Familiarity with distributed systems and asynchronous processing.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Familiarity with containerization and infrastructure tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).

Nice to have

  • Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with Temporal.io or similar workflow orchestration systems.
