About the role
- Operate equipment per SOP under direct supervision; Executes GMP manufacturing operations across assigned unit operations (e.g., spray drying, blending, encapsulation, packaging)
- Accurately completes batch documentation in real time
- Handles materials, staging, and transfers

Nice to have
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Prior experience is not required
- 1 year of GMP experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail is required
- Basic GMP understanding is preferred
- Must have the ability to follow procedures and instructions
Compensation
- The anticipated hourly rate for this position in Massachusetts is $24.00 - $26.00.
- The final hourly rate offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc.
