About the role

  • The Students Pastor will assist pastoring Junior and Senior High students through recruiting, training, and retaining youth coaches, as well as implementing Junior and Senior High school programs and events.
  • The Students Pastor will also assist in growing the campus in all areas numerically such as attendance, coaches, and baptisms.
  • These may include, but are not limited to: - Kick off events - Easter - Christmas Eve CHARACTER & CHEMISTRY Alignment with our CORE Values & Staff Fundamentals - Commitment to Excellence - We bring our best, every time.

  • Must be/become an ACTIVE MEMBER of CCV
