Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain an active client base
  • Manage and maintain an accurate schedule, inclusive of client appointments, meetings, and open availability within our internal scheduling systems
  • Maintain knowledge of all club services, programs, and products
  • Create and coach personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients
  • We create premium, immersive experiences where performance, hospitality, design, and human connection converge-and every detail matters.

Requirements

  • Attend and participate in any required one-on-one or team meetings with management
  • Ability to work in-person during weekdays/weekends
  • ability to earn additional incentive bonuses
  • Must have a legal right to work in the United States.

Compensation

  • $40.50-$72.50/per session;$16.90-19.61/hr (non-session work) depending on local minimum wage rate; ability to earn additional incentive bonuses

  • Execute fitness assessments, guided workouts, and other complimentary services for members
  • Maintain an organized and safe fitness floor during shifts and sessions
  • Attend Continuing Education classes to elevate knowledge and qualify for promotions
  • Current Personal Training certification or willingness to obtain one through certification reimbursement program.
  • Eligibility to begin a higher Tier & pay rate based on previous experience and education (Degree in the field)
