About the role

  • This role is responsible for managing global logistics networks, ensuring regulatory compliance across international markets, optimizing logistics costs, and driving strategic supply chain initiatives.
  • The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in international trade, customs clearance, and complex logistics operations across multiple regions.

  • Lead customs clearance processes for all international shipments
  • Manage relationships with customs brokers and international freight forwarders

  • Support new market entry initiatives by researching regulatory requirements, identifying compliant logistics partners, and coordinating with brokers and legal teams

Requirements

  • 10+ years of supply chain management experience, with at least 6 years in international logistics and customs/trade compliance
  • Deep knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, tariffs, and trade agreements
  • Proven experience managing relationships with 3PLs, customs brokers, and freight forwarders
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, International Trade, or related field
  • proficiency in Spanish highly valuable
  • Experience with logistics management software systems (CampusShip, eFactory, SFDC, SAP, or similar)
  • Experience managing hazmat shipments and regulatory compliance
  • Experience with transfer pricing and international operations for tax optimization
