About the role

You will ensure these services operate securely and compliantly by implementing appropriate security measures and adhering to government regulations, including FedRAMP and NIST security controls.
You will also contribute to cross-departmental projects, ensuring that clear deliverables are met and supporting stakeholder reporting.

Your role will involve managing B2B services to support collaboration with partners and collaborating with external organizations to maintain seamless functionality between GCC-H and approved commercial clouds.
Additionally, you will provide technical support, manage incidents, deploy and manage patches, monitor and maintain the M365 environment for availability and performance.
Handling support tickets and troubleshooting M365 issues promptly using detailed monitoring tools and configurations specific to GCC-H environments.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration in a large-scale environment.
Strong understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related M365 services.
Knowledge of government security and compliance requirements including FedRAMP, CMMC, and NIST 800-171.
Good knowledge of Information Security fundamentals, technologies, and principles.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, along with an analytical approach, and ability to translate technical risks into business terms.
Proficiency in PowerShell and other scripting tools to automate tasks.
Superb communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a collaborative team environment. ship is required.
Must be able to obtain a United States Secret Clearance.
Knowledge of Azure, AWS GovCloud, SQL/noSQL databases, network security (firewalls, VPNs), Active Directory, and Intune.

Being vigilant about service health and performance, responding swiftly to alerts, and maintaining communication with stakeholders regarding M365 services' status and performance.
