About the role

Responsibilities

  • Your role will involve managing B2B services to support collaboration with partners and collaborating with external organizations to maintain seamless functionality between GCC-H and approved commercial clouds.
  • Additionally, you will provide technical support, manage incidents, deploy and manage patches, monitor and maintain the M365 environment for availability and performance.
  • Handling support tickets and troubleshooting M365 issues promptly using detailed monitoring tools and configurations specific to GCC-H environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration in a large-scale environment.
  • Strong understanding of Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related M365 services.
  • Knowledge of government security and compliance requirements including FedRAMP, CMMC, and NIST 800-171.
  • Good knowledge of Information Security fundamentals, technologies, and principles.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, along with an analytical approach, and ability to translate technical risks into business terms.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and other scripting tools to automate tasks.
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a collaborative team environment. ship is required.
  • Must be able to obtain a United States Secret Clearance.
  • Knowledge of Azure, AWS GovCloud, SQL/noSQL databases, network security (firewalls, VPNs), Active Directory, and Intune.

Compensation

  • $171k-$800k
