About the role

Responsibilities
- This role combines elements of immersive performance with operational guest service support.
- Distribute candy and help manage the flow of guests through your station
Requirements
- This isn't just make-believe-our Candy Crew must be ready to entertain, assist, and adapt all while stayin' in character!
- Candidates must be mentally prepared to assist a wide range of guests-including those with questions, feedback, or complaints-while staying in character and maintaining a positive demeanor.
Nice to have
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Prior experience in guest service, theater/performance, or interactive roles preferred
- Comfortable performing in character and speaking with large volumes of guests
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm and friendly when handling guest complaints or concerns
- Willing and able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Compensation
- 19.00 USD Hourly
