Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation, review, and filing of all SEC reports, including Forms 10‑K, 10‑Q, 8‑K, proxy statements, registration statements, and XBRL tagging.
- Monitor and implement new accounting standards (ASUs) and disclosure requirements, including assessing financial and disclosure impacts.
- Collaborate with our technical accounting team in driving accounting conclusions on complex matters.
- Own and maintain disclosure controls and procedures related to external reporting.
- Partner closely with accounting, FP&A, legal, treasury, tax, investor relations, and internal audit.
- Manage the SEC reporting calendar and coordinate deliverables across global teams.
- Manage and mentor SEC reporting staff and/or consultants.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, systems enhancements, and best‑practice documentation.
- Proven ability to manage complex deadlines and deliver high‑quality results under tight timelines.
- Solidigm will continue to lead the world in innovating new Memory technologies with aspirations to be the #1 NAND memory company in the world.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with multinational or complex organizational structures.
Compensation
- $160k-$255k
