About the role

  • The Assistant Director of Clinic Nursing plays a key leadership role in supporting the delivery of high-quality, patient centered care across outpatient settings.
  • included supervising clinical personnel, optimizing workflows, managing budgets and resources, and implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • The Assistant Director also serves as a liaison between clinic leadership, providers, and interdisciplinary teams, helping to drive strategic goals, support staff engagement, and ensure consistent standards of care across all clinic sites.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and exercise clinical judgment in interactions with Physicians, payers, patients and their families.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Beginner to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint Confidentiality - Maintain patient, team member and employer confidentiality.
  • Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines.
  • Ability to meet patients and others needs while following office policies and procedures.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service and strong cultural competency.
  • Ability to allocate authority and/or task responsibility to appropriate team members, peers or superiors.
  • Ability to adapt easily to changing conditions and work responsibilities.
  • Ability to organize and direct a project to completion.
  • Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations.

Skills

  • Strong proven analytical and data management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.

Compensation

  • Starting pay range varies based on experience up to 15 years.
