Responsibilities
- You will split your time between interfacing with our customers in the field and working with manufacturing teams to optimize our product(s) to provide the best possible service for our internal and external customers.
- You will work with design, quality assurance, and manufacturing engineering teams to provide continual feedback from our customers.
- Recharge system with refrigerant, check and test regulators, calibrate system and perform routine maintenance.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair PLC-based Custom Controls designed and built by Silent-Aire.
- Focus is on independently achieving general objectives in support of an assigned project.
Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent GED certificate
Nice to have
- Registered refrigeration/HVAC tech, controls tech, Electrician Journeyman or related tradesperson
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Must be able to pass a DOD background check, requiring proof of US Citizenship
- This is a safety sensitive position
- Company uniform required
