About the role

You'll be the go-to person for IT operations - ensuring our global team stays productive, secure, and well-supported.
From managing Apple devices and AV systems to implementing endpoint security and streamlining IT processes, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, high-trust environment.
This is a great fit for someone who's equally comfortable solving hands-on issues and driving long-term IT strategy.

Provide operational support and strategic guidance for all corporate IT systems.
Provision, configure, and manage laptops and mobile devices using MDM tools.
Support domestic and international logistics for hardware shipping and deployment.
Collaborate with security and engineering teams to automate IT operations and repetitive tasks.
Write and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and process guides.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide occasional after-hours support.
Support incident response efforts using SIEM/EDR tools.
This role is based in San Francisco and blends hands-on technical support with high-level infrastructure planning and implementation.

3-5 years of experience managing and supporting corporate IT systems in a fast-paced environment.
Strong hands-on experience with macOS, iOS administration.
Familiarity with MDM platforms (Jamf, etc.)
Experience with SaaS application management and access control best practices.
Experience with EDR endpoint security tools.
Ability to work independently, multitask effectively, and communicate clearly across teams.

Starting at $110,000 annual salary (dependent on experience) plus eligibility for discretionary annual performance bonus.

Serve as the primary helpdesk technician, resolving day-to-day IT issues for a global team of technical and non-technical users.
