About the role
- Salary range for this role is $185,000 to $200,000.

Requirements
- Reliable commute or planning to relocate before starting work is required.
Nice to have
- Testing & Integration Engineering (~40%)
- Evaluate cell performance data and translate findings into specification updates, integration guidance, and technical recommendations.
- Participate in and present at regular project status reviews, providing updates on testing, integration activities, and NPI milestones.
- Customer, Supplier & Internal Communication (~20%)
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to internal teams on cell integration, specification standards, certification processes, and customer technical requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in battery engineering, battery integration, or product engineering within the lithium-ion battery industry.
- Strong knowledge of lithium-ion cell testing, characterization, and specification development.
Compensation
- $185k-$200k
