About the role

Responsibilities
- Group Programming ● Plan and facilitate monthly family workshops at Sabathani Community Center covering topics such as child development, financial literacy, self-care, and community connections. ● Coordinate childcare and light refreshments for workshops to support family participation.
- The department's programming is designed to meet residents where they are, with a focus on culturally responsive, trauma-informed care.
- Sabathani Community Center is seeking a Family Home Visitor to provide individualized, in-home support to low-income families with young children or who are expecting a child.

Requirements
- Valid MN Driver's License and access to reliable transportation required for home visits. ● Must pass a criminal background check.
- To perform this job successfully, you must be able to carry out each essential job function satisfactorily.

Nice to have
- experience with case management systems a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Early Childhood, or a related field preferred

- Qualifications Education: ● Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Early Childhood, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
