About the role

  • Health, Safety & Environmental Senior Staff Manager - VTC Site Leader Are you motivated by the opportunity to strengthen safety culture across a dynamic operational environment?

  • You will be responsible for the execution and continual improvement of HSE programs, conformance to the Baker Hughes HSE Management System, as well as partnering with the leaders and frontline teams in strengthening our HSE culture.

Responsibilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives across varied operational environments
  • Partner with the best
  • Serving as the primary subject-matter expert for HSE topics, including emergency preparedness, environmental compliance, industrial safety, and regulatory requirements - with support from the Global FC&SS and Enterprise Operational Excellence teams
  • Partnering with local operational leaders, project managers, and field teams to develop, implement, and monitor HSE programs, risk assessments, and improvement initiatives
  • Do you thrive in a leadership role where you can influence strategy, drive compliance, and support teams in working safely every day?

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in direct HSE roles, with preferred experience in supporting manufacturing operations and field-based teams
