About the role

Follow best practices and Policies and Procedures to safely and effectively create compounded products under the supervision of the compounding manager/pharmacist
They will work closely with the rest of the compounding team to help build out operations, make compounded medications on a daily basis, and develop new ideas for the future.
You love to drive continuous change and improvements within our compounding department.

1+ years of experience in a compounding role where you were responsible for compounded product preparation.
Working knowledge of the compounding process, best practices for formulations and procedures
Ability to lift up to 55lb boxes
You possess an appreciation for the complexity and responsibility required to be an excellent compounding technician, and both excite you!
