Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the development team to facilitate the development process
- Automate and align the process of building (CI), deploying (CD), maintaining and upgrading the technologies supporting the application
- Manage access controls, security compliance, and implement security best practices across environments
- Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and security with proactive recommendations
- Troubleshoot complex distributed systems and implement corrective measures
- Optimize the use of the cloud in order to reduce operational costs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology or College Diploma
- 5+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience in AWS or Azure
- Strong experience with Kubernetes cluster management and operations
- Strong knowledge of Linux, Git, Docker, and scripting (Bash, Python, or GoLang)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Loki, Tempo or Prometheus) in Kubernetes environments
- Excellent knowledge of French and English (spoken and written)
- Ability to communicate, write and synthesize information.
- Ability to multi-task in a rapid-paced environment
Nice to have
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure and Kubernetes)
- Relevant experience in product development
- Strong knowledge of Gitops/IaC tools (Opentofu, Terraform, FluxCD, ArgoCD)
