- Lead Stucco Installation & Repair: Oversee and perform stucco installation, patching, and repair work with precision and efficiency.
- Site Management & Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Team Leadership & Support: Provide guidance to team members, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce adherence to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure job site.

Requirements
- Proven experience in stucco installation, patching, texture matching, finishing, and painting.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, methods, and safety practices.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to work independently and guide others when needed.
- Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members.
