The Security Safety Manager Security Manager supports the Director of Security and oversees all resort safety and security operations.
This role develops and enforces security policies, procedures, and programs to protect guests, team members, company assets, and property.
The position assesses security risks, implements mitigation strategies, and prepares reports and recommendations that support Westgate Resorts' Risk Management, Safety, and Security initiatives.
Maintain membership in professional organizations relevant to the risk management profession.
Manage any interdepartmental Safety & Security programs and revise and/or reorganize as necessary.

Create policies and procedures as required for the maintenance of an aggressive, contemporary risk management program.
Administer progressive disciplinary actions to subordinate team members as required under corporate policy.
Must be available to work overnight shifts.
Must have proven success managing multiple projects with minimal guidance/supervision.
A high degree of flexibility, creativity, and innovation
Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
