About the role
- We're 250+ people today and hiring 100+ more this year.
- Expect 80% of your time to be focused on GTM roles, 80% of which will be located in North America.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions and levels.
- Build proactive, repeatable sourcing strategies to engage passive talent via LinkedIn, VC talent networks, and referrals.
- Partner with hiring managers to define what "great" looks like, structure interview panels, and keep the candidate pipeline moving with urgency.
- Structure and negotiate offers with hiring managers and Finance, and own recruiting operations end to end.
Nice to have
- Experience recruiting across US and international markets (EMEA and/or APAC preferred).
