- As an Applied Scientist, you will bring statistical modeling and machine learning advancements to data analytics for customer-facing solutions in complex industrial settings.
Responsibilities
- Do you want to build a foundation for your career after your Master's or Ph.D program at an industry-leading company?
- You will take on challenging problems, distill real requirements, and then deliver solutions that either leverage existing academic and industrial research, or utilize your own out-of-the-box pragmatic thinking.
- In addition to coming up with novel solutions and prototypes, you may even need to deliver these to production in customer facing products

Requirements
- PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of CS, CE, ML or related field experience.
- Experience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals.
- Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
- Experience in any of the following areas: algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel and distributed computing, high-performance computing
- Experience programming in
- Do you have proven analytical capabilities and can multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment?
Nice to have
- Experience using Unix/Linux.
- Experience in professional software development.
- Published and/or presented papers at ICASSP, ICML, NIPS, KDD, CVPR or similar top-tier conferences and events.

- The base salary range for this position is listed below.
- USA, CA, Sunnyvale - 171,600.00 - 222,200.00 USD annually
