Source materials, components, and services in support of engineering, manufacturing, and operational programs.
Create and manage purchase orders, supplier communication, and procurement tracking systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to support production schedules and material requirements.
Monitor supplier performance, lead times, and delivery schedules.
Support vendor onboarding, quote requests, and pricing comparisons.
Maintain organized purchasing records, documentation, and procurement data.
Mach Energetics is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support the sourcing and purchasing of materials, components, and services across programs.
You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure critical hardware and equipment are delivered on schedule and in support of company priorities.
This role manages purchase orders, vendor coordination, supplier communication, and procurement tracking while helping maintain efficient and organized purchasing operations.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience supporting procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or operations functions.
Experience with purchasing systems, spreadsheets, or ERP platforms.

Experience supporting aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or hardware development programs.
Familiarity with technical purchasing, hardware procurement, or supply chain operations.
Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and production schedules.
Familiarity with inventory management and material planning processes.
Experience operating in startup or rapid development environments.
This position may require access to information protected under U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
