Responsibilities
- The Key Account Manager for the US Channels - Department & Specialty business is a vital member of the team in helping to drive flawless execution of the business plan as the owner of key growth initiatives.
- Innovates upon our go-to-market principles to deliver a highly integrated and ambitious commercial & promotional plan which encompasses all facets of the business-ranging from retail and storefront execution to platform marketing and eCommerce operations.
- Delivers on key objectives to drive sustainable commercial growth.
- Leverages a data-driven approach to negotiate and manage toward mutually valuable trade agreements.
- Applies insights to develop a test & learn agenda for future growth opportunities which deliver on enhancing brand protection efforts while elevating our brand.

Requirements
- Proven customer-facing key account management experience in consumer-packaged goods.
- Track record of versatility, flexibility, and an ability to bring to bear focused behavior to prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to proactively interpret trends and think criticality to challenge the status quo
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerBI and/or Tableau
- Domestic and global travel required - 5%
Compensation
- The salary for this position has a range of $120,830.00 - $181,246.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
- The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
