About the role

  • We are looking for a Deployment Strategist to operate at the intersection of product and sales.
  • You will be responsible for driving deals forward and making Dirac real inside the customer environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical and operational execution of enterprise deals alongside Account Executives
  • Define timelines, scope level of effort, and create urgency to move deals forward
  • Lead technical discussions and proofs of concept where needed
  • Manage early deployments to ensure successful rollout and adoption
  • Build clear materials including decks, process flows, and system diagrams to communicate solutions
  • Partner closely with product and engineering to relay insights from the field

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, deployment, or similar roles
  • Experience working with engineering, manufacturing, or hardware-focused organizations
  • Strong ability to understand technical systems and translate them into business impact
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive outcomes
  • High ownership mindset with a bias toward action
