About the role
- We are looking for a Deployment Strategist to operate at the intersection of product and sales.
- You will be responsible for driving deals forward and making Dirac real inside the customer environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the technical and operational execution of enterprise deals alongside Account Executives
- Define timelines, scope level of effort, and create urgency to move deals forward
- Lead technical discussions and proofs of concept where needed
- Manage early deployments to ensure successful rollout and adoption
- Build clear materials including decks, process flows, and system diagrams to communicate solutions
- Partner closely with product and engineering to relay insights from the field
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, deployment, or similar roles
- Experience working with engineering, manufacturing, or hardware-focused organizations
- Strong ability to understand technical systems and translate them into business impact
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive outcomes
- High ownership mindset with a bias toward action
