Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent projects from initial communication to project completion
- Manage project scope, finances, schedule and expectations of all parties
- Develop project plans, track progress and update appropriate parties
Requirements
- Experience in infrastructure and/or application software migration project management (Preferably around collaboration tools O365, Google Workspace, etc)
- Ability to stay calm and defuse high stake situations
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed and requested
- Relevant education or experience, preferred fields are computer science, engineering, or technical project management
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and web development
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Comfortable in presentation settings with C-level executives
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying close attention to detail
- Impeccable organizational and follow-up skills
- Creative and strong problem-solving skills
- Demonstrates team working abilities and high moral compass
- Agile project management knowledge and application
- Ability and desire to take initiative
Nice to have
- PMP/Scrum/Agile Certification and mastery
- Previous Experience in depth experience with Google Workspace technically or in a project management capacity.
