About the role
- Using the consolidated information, you will prepare and review financial reports for executive management and various other teams within Arrow.
- In this position, you will also review complex intercompany transactions to ensure proper accounting treatment while having the opportunity to improve intercompany reporting between regions.
- You will be partnering with various other departments including finance, tax, and external auditors to ensure accurate and meaningful reporting in an evolving and fast-paced business environment.

Requirements
- 4+ years accounting experience
- Experience working for publicly traded companies and/or public accounting and/or in fast paced environments
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred but not required
Skills
- Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or similar consolidation systems
- CPA (or sitting for CPA)
- Financial reporting experience
- Ability to adapt to ever-changing environment
- $80,100.00 - $96,921.00
- The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
