Responsibilities
- Assist with daily and monthly financial transactions, including AP, AR, payroll support, and expense tracking.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support reconciliations.
- Help prepare financial reports, dashboards, and support budgeting processes.
- Collaborate with external accountants and auditors for tax, reporting, and compliance needs.
- Design and improve workflows to make the business more efficient and scalable.
- Manage special projects and help implement new tools and systems across teams.
- Maintain internal documentation and SOPs
- Support onboarding and off-boarding processes for employees and vendors.
- Maintain internal documentation and SOPs; continuously seek optimization opportunities.
- Drive initiatives that improve team alignment, reduce friction, and save time.
Requirements
- Financially Literate: You have a firm grasp of accounting principles and enjoy working with numbers.

- Compensation & Benefits
- Total Cash Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience, qualifications, and location premium)
- Equity: Standard equity package for the position, offering meaningful upside as we scale
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in an operations, finance, accounting, or similar generalist role.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting workflows (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and data analysis.
- Experience with project management tools a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Compensation
- $100,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience, qualifications, and location premium)
