About the role
- Serves as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hire process and helps ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Schedules appropriate appointments, gathers data, and answers candidate inquiries.
- Coordinates new hire orientations and onboarding activities.
Responsibilities
- Provides support to the Talent Acquisition Partners in the hospital's recruitment efforts and employment processes.
- Works in close partnership to support the Talent Acquisition Partner to fill vacant positions within the organization.
- Assists with special projects and events, participates on special committees, including providing administrative support, scheduling, and performing basic project coordination.
Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work with a diverse population.
- One year of experience in administrative support, required.
- Healthcare experience, preferred.
- Physical Requirements:
- Frequently (34-66% of time, 2.6-5 hours): Lifting/Carrying 11-20 lbs, Lifting/Carrying 21-40 lbs, Pushing/Pulling 26-40 lbs
Compensation
- $41k-$60k
