Responsibilities
- The Agentic Security team in Microsoft Security is looking for an experienced Business Manager to join the Executive Office and support the Leadership Team.

- Capture decisions and outcomes, ensure follow-up, provide timely visibility, and improve processes and tools that support organizational efficiency.
- Design and execute high-quality leadership forums and team engagements including AMAs, Townhalls, in partnership with the admin team, ensuring clear outcomes, strong attendee experience, and follow-through.
- Manage team vendor budget and planning in partnership with investment area owners, Finance, and business operations partners.
- Work with EA, admin, HR, recruiting, and finance partners on staffing progress, headcount models, hiring state, PCN/requisition processes, and organizational updates.
- Partner with Business Managers, the Executive Office, and Microsoft Security partners to scale best practices, common templates, and business operations processes for consistency.
Requirements
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
- This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- They must be able to stay focused under pressure, maintain positive and professional interactions, and build credibility with internal and external partners.

Compensation
- https://careers.microsoft.com/us/en/us-corporate-pay Business Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year.
