Responsibilities

The Agentic Security team in Microsoft Security is looking for an experienced Business Manager to join the Executive Office and support the Leadership Team.

Capture decisions and outcomes, ensure follow-up, provide timely visibility, and improve processes and tools that support organizational efficiency.
Design and execute high-quality leadership forums and team engagements including AMAs, Townhalls, in partnership with the admin team, ensuring clear outcomes, strong attendee experience, and follow-through.
Manage team vendor budget and planning in partnership with investment area owners, Finance, and business operations partners.
Work with EA, admin, HR, recruiting, and finance partners on staffing progress, headcount models, hiring state, PCN/requisition processes, and organizational updates.
Partner with Business Managers, the Executive Office, and Microsoft Security partners to scale best practices, common templates, and business operations processes for consistency.

Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
They must be able to stay focused under pressure, maintain positive and professional interactions, and build credibility with internal and external partners.

Compensation

https://careers.microsoft.com/us/en/us-corporate-pay Business Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year.
