About the role

  • ​ Troubleshoot complex connectivity issues across ISP, network, and on-site infrastructure layers.

Responsibilities

  • ​ ​ Design, deploy, and support office, residential, and specialty connectivity solutions (fiber, cable, LTE/5G, satellite).
  • Own internet redundancy, failover strategies, and performance monitoring.
  • Act as the IT/Connectivity lead for construction projects, from design review through cutover.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Domestic and international travel is required approximately 15% of the time
  • At least 5 years of experience in network connectivity, IT infrastructure, or operations technology
  • At least 2 year of strong hands-on experience with:
  • The Network Resiliency Engineer will be required to travel domestic and internationally up to 15% of the year, often times with limited notice.
  • ISP circuits (fiber, coax, LTE/5G, satellite)
  • Network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi)

  • ​ Travel internationally and domestically to various residences/offices around the world.
