Responsibilities
- Lead the conversation with the business customer to elicit and verify requirements
- Apply appropriate BSA methods and techniques to deliver work products across multiple phases of a project
- Drive cross-functional alignment and prioritization of requirements within and across projects
- Drive work efforts to be in line with the underlying IT strategy
- Develop value propositions and business cases
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in Loan Servicing, finance, or escrow
- At least 2 year of experience as Business Systems Analyst
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
- Experience working directly with users to define business rules and processes
