Manage overall facilitation of Project Odyssey including selecting participants, conducting the activities, facilitating psychoeducational workshops, and debriefing. Determine removal of participants if necessary, with limited to no supervision from manager.
Ensure the continuity of care of warriors and Family Support Members (FSMs) through appropriate resource referrals to external partners and internal programs.
Plan and manage the program services delivered to WWP Alumni and FSM's.
Maintain current knowledge of available, relevant technologies and best practices to enhance efficiencies.
Participate in developing and managing department budget.

Five years of experience working with military or veterans' population in support of their development and readjustment.
Ability to obtain ASIST Certification within 1 year of hire.
Ability to obtain First Aid CPR/AED Certification within 1 year of hire.
Three years of experience designing evidenced based programs.

Ability to respond to sensitive matters with diplomacy and empathy.
Demonstrated working knowledge of program development and management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated understanding of budget management.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an environment requiring independent, creative efforts.
Ability to analyze data and discern trends.
Demonstrated ability to learn Salesforce or another CRM (contact relationship management) system and learning management systems.
Demonstrated understanding of psychological and mental health issues.
High energy level. Self-starter; willing to take initiative.
Unequivocal commitment to the highest standards of personal and business ethics and conduct.
