About the role

The Information Technology Services Division oversees critical projects and technological initiatives within the NYPD.
Notably, ITSD has rolled out various advancements, such as equipping officers with cellular phones applications and digitizing department forms to improve efficiency.

This will include correspondence verifying building and upgrading systems from the clients to System engineers, completing the specified build.
When feasible, will act a technical liaison to maintain efficient functioning of telecommunication and system hardware problems to minimize downtime in the case of system failure.

A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and three years of satisfactory full-time experience as described in "1" above
