Responsibilities

  • Design and own the enterprise impact measurement framework, defining KPIs that demonstrate the reach and influence of our work.
  • As part of our hiring process, we may use AI-powered tools to support our HR team in reviewing, screening, and managing applications.

  • You are an exceptional communicator skilled in writing, speaking, and data storytelling.
  • You are skilled in designing impact measurement frameworks for influence-based work.
  • You are highly organized and skilled in managing complex enterprise initiatives independently.
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Compensation

  • The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles.
  • Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets.
  • All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
  • $150,000 - $170,000 USD
