Responsibilities
- Design and own the enterprise impact measurement framework, defining KPIs that demonstrate the reach and influence of our work.
- As part of our hiring process, we may use AI-powered tools to support our HR team in reviewing, screening, and managing applications.

- You are recognized externally as a thought leader, with a publication record, speaking history, and/or named role in academic or policy bodies.

- You are an exceptional communicator skilled in writing, speaking, and data storytelling.
- You are skilled in designing impact measurement frameworks for influence-based work.
- You are highly organized and skilled in managing complex enterprise initiatives independently.
- You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

- Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets.

- $150,000 - $170,000 USD

- You bring 10 or more years of experience in research, policy, or impact roles within education or an adjacent sector.
- You are deeply familiar with efficacy research, psychometrics, and education policy.
