Design and own the enterprise impact measurement framework, defining KPIs that demonstrate the reach and influence of our work.

You are recognized externally as a thought leader, with a publication record, speaking history, and/or named role in academic or policy bodies.
You are a strategic thinker who aligns research with enterprise goals and shapes long-term direction.
You are an exceptional communicator skilled in writing, speaking, and data storytelling.
You are skilled in designing impact measurement frameworks for influence-based work.
You are highly organized and skilled in managing complex enterprise initiatives independently.
You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles.
Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets.
All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
$150,000 - $170,000 USD

Your work will elevate Edmentum's voice in the national education conversation and ensure our research drives meaningful change in classrooms and communities.
Champion the translation of research into powerful, actionable insights that shape education policy, inform product design, and elevate Edmentum's brand as a thought leader.
You hold an advanced degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., or equivalent experience) in education, social sciences, public policy, or a related field.
You bring 10 or more years of experience in research, policy, or impact roles within education or an adjacent sector.
You are deeply familiar with efficacy research, psychometrics, and education policy.
