About the role

This is an on-site, hands-on role that requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple moving parts while ensuring construction stays on schedule.
The Site Manager/Project Manager will be responsible for walking homes daily, documenting construction progress, coordinating subcontractors, tracking timelines, and identifying potential issues before they become delays.
This role requires strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time.
