About the role
- Objective of Role: LaSalle Investment Management is currently seeking a Portfolio Accountant.
- This individual will report to the Portfolio Controller.
Responsibilities
- This individual will serve in a supporting role to help manage a significant portion of the accounting and reporting process for several estate investment portfolios reporting under Fair Value GAAP.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of accounting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Strong knowledge of technical accounting concepts
- Strongly proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, and working knowledge of AI tools (either in a work or home context) with a demonstrated interest in applying them in a professional context
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- CPA designation is preferred.
- Candidate will be expected to achieve CPA in order to qualify for future progression

Compensation
- 90,000.00 - 95,000.00 USD per year
- This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
- Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
