  • The Global People Technology & Adoption leader is responsible for defining and executing the global enterprise strategy for P&C technology and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • This role partners closely with P&C leaders and GETS to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-centric technology solutions that enable the employee lifecycle and support organizational growth.
  • The leader partners with GETS (IT) on global HRIS implementations, system enhancements, integrations, vendor relationships, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring operational excellence and an exceptional employee experience.
  • This role also leads the adoption of enhancements, processes and new systems.
