Responsibilities
- Manage daily orders for assigned region by planning the purchasing, machining, and or assembly of products.
- Deliver orders to production floor and expedites to various departments when needed to help meet customer demand.
- Work with various departments to drive cost cutting initiatives and lead time opportunities.
- Develops action plans, standard work, and countermeasures as needed to support the metrics and KPI's.
- Develops Talent - Developing people to meet both their career goals and the organization's goals.
- Excellent people skills with ability to maintain internal and external relationships.
Requirements
- Experience and Skill Required
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or 3 to 5 years of equivalent experience required.
- Project Management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects with little or no supervision.
Nice to have
- Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience preferred.

- The Production Supervisor is responsible to oversee and coordinate all activities of the assigned team to include managing the personnel, daily metrics, and improvements to ensure safety, quality, cost, and delivery is a part of daily operations.
