About the role
- Our Revenue Operations team acts as the strategic bridge between Finance, Sales, and other go-to-market functions, ensuring alignment across forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.
- We are responsible for delivering accurate revenue projections, driving operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- This individual contributor role will report directly to the Senior Director, FP&A and play a key part in shaping our revenue strategy.
Responsibilities
- Support forecasting through rigorous data validation and scenario modeling
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations on attribution, campaign analytics, and funnel performance
- Communicate analytic solutions to stakeholders and implement improvements and solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or related analytics roles
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, or similar)
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau and/or Sigma, including SQL-based dashboard creation, data modeling, and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft, Gong)
