About the role
- Identify, assess, and actively mitigate contractual risks while interpreting complex terms and conditions to provide guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal reviews, approvals, and work order processing while serving as a key communication link with customers, government agencies, and internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, and Project Management).

Responsibilities
- You will maintain accurate, audit-ready contract records, support ongoing process enhancements, and champion best practices that strengthen compliance, boost operational efficiency, and elevate customer satisfaction across the board.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle from initial proposal development and solicitation review through final contract closeout and record retention.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready contract records, develop Small Business Subcontracting Plans (SBSPs), and champion process enhancements to drive operational efficiency.

Compensation
- The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $70,000.00 and $80,000.00 annually.
