This is a hunter role focused on driving net new business growth through proactive prospecting and pipeline development.

Sell the organization's products or services to new and existing commercial clients, with a strong focus on developing net new accounts and expanding existing ones
Apply developing knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to recommend effective solutions for clients
Manage and grow revenue and bookings for small to mid-size commercial accounts
Build and maintain a professional network of contacts within the industry
Partner with senior sales personnel for guidance on more complex sales situations
Sell through an assigned channel, manage a personal book of accounts, or collaborate as part of a sales team, typically handling small- to medium-sized accounts or a small-to-medium quota/territory
Developing familiarity with the relevant industry or specialty product/service area
Demonstrated ability to work independently while knowing when to seek support from senior colleagues

University degree required
2 to 5 years of relevant sales experience
Proven hunter mentality with a track record of, or strong aptitude for, generating net new business
Comfort and enthusiasm for incorporating AI tools and techniques into the sales process
