Responsibilities

  • Engage Senior Therapy, a proud member of Fusion Physical Therapy Partners, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team, delivering compassionate care at assisted living facilities in Bedford, NH.
  • Communicate effectively with other professionals and support staff to achieve positive patient outcomes.
  • Document patient care services in compliance with state and facility standards using EMR

Requirements

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards as required.

Skills

  • Completion of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
  • Active Physical Therapist Assistant license.
  • Passion for delivering quality, evidence-based patient care.
  • An interest in working with the senior population.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Superior customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Drive to continually learn and grow.

Compensation

  • Four weeks of PTO plus 6 paid holidays annually.
