About the role

Manages and maintains current relationships and seeks new accounts with the ability to manage large and complex accounts and credit evaluations.
Develops and manages loan portfolios, including originations, in the trade area served by the association.
Designs and implements sales strategies for complex customers to increase client satisfaction and portfolio growth.
Develops new business in the assigned office in addition to servicing existing commercial and real estate customers.
Collaborates with credit analysts on loans exceeding delegated authority.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Agricultural Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Registration required as a Mortgage Loan Officer under the National Mortgage Licensing System.
