Requirements
- 2-4 years of years of full-time work experience in consulting, strategy, project management, business transformation and/or other related fields.
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven track record working on large, complex, cross functional initiatives
- Experience solving business problems and driving process improvements
- Experience recommending solutions and facilitating decision making
- Ability to quickly learn new subject matter as projects span varied topics and functions
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively multi-task
Nice to have
- Financial services industry experience required
- Experience in the alternative investment management industry preferred
Compensation
- It is expected that the annual base salary for this role will range from $120,000 – $140,000.
