Responsibilities
- Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, credentialing, and licensing
- Our outpatient therapy model is intentionally built for virtual care, not retrofitted from inpatient or hospital systems, allowing you to deliver thoughtful and structured care.
- Our care model, workflows, and infrastructure are intentionally designed to support high-quality outpatient care and expand access to patients with the care they need.
Requirements
- Comfort managing a consistent outpatient caseload
- Comfort practicing in a fast-paced but sustainable outpatient environment
- (Highly desired) Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (ex.
- $70k with the ability to earn up to $20k in incentives
- Tenure-based increases after 2 years
- 4-week paid sabbatical after 5 years)
