Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, reconciling daily reports, and maintaining smooth communication within the department.
- Maintain professional and friendly guest relations, offering assistance and ensuring satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Team members support 790 renovated guestrooms and suites, direct beach access, an oceanfront pool deck, Sea Spa, six restaurants and lounges, and more than 65,000 square feet of meeting space.
- You collaborate effectively and support others to achieve shared goals.
- In this role, you'll coordinate requests, manage room status updates, and keep the team connected so every guest enjoys a clean, welcoming environment.
- Your ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain accuracy will make you an essential part of our success.

Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and walk throughout shift.
- May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
- Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a cleaning role preferred.
- Experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
