About the role

  • As Credit Risk Manager you are responsible for credit risk assessment of our US and SME and corporate clients.
  • In addition to case processing, you will be involved in continuously improving our standards, documentation and tech stack.
  • You will work closely with James, our CRO, and colleagues from Sales, Legal, Operations, Product, Data and Risk teams.

Responsibilities

  • You understand how to systematize business problems and design smart solutions.
  • You will help us building scalable yet compliant straight-through processes, including the utilization of AI capabilities.
  • Project management skills and demonstrated ability to design and steer complex projects end to end.

Requirements

  • Communication: You are a facilitator and ensure a smooth and fact-based information flow between your colleagues.

Nice to have

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and industry-specific financial analysis.
  • CFA or similar qualifications are a strong plus.
  • Analytical thinking, detail orientation and ability to quickly understand new problems and systems and work out solutions.
  • Experience with tools used for loan processing, credit decisioning, and BI, open banking or accounting.
  • Fluent English with very good writing skills.
  • Other European languages are a plus.
