About the role

We are looking for a candidate with initiative to join a creative and collaborative environment.
The coordinator will work closely with the Brand Manager and must demonstrate proactivity, strategy, creativity, project management, attention to detail and professionalism.
Oversee and participate in the creation and publishing of social content on all platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other emerging platforms

Research, develop and implement effective social media strategies
Develop and drive social content calendar; work closely with department heads to align social campaigns to brand's services, content, and business priorities.
Maintain brand standards and style across all social media platforms and brands

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, journalism or related field.
Minimum 2+ year's relevant experience with project management responsibilities
Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs, Adobe/Canva/Hootsuite skills a plus

A strong eye for visual composition and attention to detail
Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
Able to give and receive constructive criticism
Strong organization, project management and prioritization skills
Proficiency with social media analysis tools
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Demonstrated technical skills in analytics, writing, project management, and social media

All training requirements including Relias at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter.
