  • Grassroots Analytics ("GA") is a political tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers in fundraising for progressive campaigns and causes.
  • Job Description Grassroots Analytics is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team of experts and provide top-tier, individualized fundraising guidance directly to our clients.
  • This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Chinatown office at 806 7th St NW, Washington, DC 20001.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities within the SaaS and DaaS landscape and build the business case for investment.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to drive end-to-end execution including GTM, Marketing, Data Science, etc.
  • Lead a cross-functional product team including UX Design and Engineering through the full product development lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration.
  • Manage and prioritize the backlog of epics, user stories, and supporting documentation, ensuring the team operates with clarity and shared purpose.
  • Collaborate with UX to conduct customer interviews and synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback to champion the voice of the customer throughout development.
  • Act as the primary liaison for the product domain across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate for the Senior Product Manager position will:
  • Demonstrate strong systems thinking. Have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making, including experience with user research, A/B testing, and product metrics.
  • Have experience leading or closely partnering with cross-functional teams of UX/Design and Engineering talent.
  • Have superior communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build consensus across diverse teams.

Nice to have

  • Have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, including experience owning a product domain end-to-end.
  • Have a demonstrated track record of defining and launching multiple successful products or features that drove measurable business impact.
  • Demonstrate strong systems thinking.
  • Have exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making, including experience with user research, A/B testing, and product metrics.
  • Proficiency in agile development methodologies and a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Experience or a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Have experience in political, advocacy, nonprofit, or campaign-related technology.

Compensation

  • The expected salary range for this position is $135,000 - $165,000. This role also includes a competitive benefits package. This is a full-time, in-office position based in our Chinatown office at 806 7th St NW, Washington, DC 20001.
